Congratulations, you found our Blog! Apparently, this is a "modern" way of keeping up with friends and family both far and near. Perfect for the Okenica Family, since so many of our loved ones are miles away.

My last post was in October, so let me fill you in. . . . we celebrated Madeline's 7th birthday with a "High School Musical 2" birthday party. Lots of fun! Thanksgiving we were off to Georgia, stopping first in Atlanta to meet our dear friends', Brian and Rebekah (home from London for a visit), new baby Jonah. What a doll! (Good to see Brian and Rebekah too). We spent a fun day with the Dunbar family, enjoyed seeing baby Jake who is no longer a baby and his parents, Chris and Stacia. Our Atlanta visit concluded with a fabulous French Toast Breakfast at the Hayes house! Next stop, Lake Oconee! Where a mini birthday party for Madeline and Cameron was waiting for them with Grams and Papa Okenica. Nice chilly weather, a Motorcross Event, and more made for a great Thanksgiving!

December has already been busy, busy! Cameron turned 5 on December 7. We will celebrate with a party at Pump It Up this weekend. Last weekend, we had a great time in Athens, Georgia, for Matt's cousin Brian's wedding to beautiful Angela! It was so much fun and really a great event. Matt and I enjoyed seeing all the Okenicas while the children enjoyed a visit at Grandma and Grandpa Hayes' in Atlanta. They were treated to the Festival of Trees and a drive through the Festival of Lights at Lake Lanier Islands. What a fun weekend for ALL!
